Bio: Lou came to me as a rescued stray who was little more than fur covering bones. However, when she began to 'balloon' I knew there was something wrong and a quick vet check confirmed my worst fears; she was pregnant. However, I was reassured that due to her bad body condition, she'd more than likely abort. 3 days later, she gave birth to four perfectly healthy kittens. Lou was never meant to be a permanent cat, however, over time, and with the bond we developed leading up to her birthing of her kittens, I decided, I couldn't give her up. She'd come to trust me and I knew I couldn't betray that trust. And she's been with me ever since. Lou's name means 'Reowned Warrior' in French, and she truly is my little warrior cat. To of survived as she did, until she gave birth some place safe, and then to survive a life threatening illness of her uterus, she truly is a warrior.
